How do I add text to the image? Back to top

At the bottom of the gallery, there is a field marked as 'Optional Text'. You may type your greeting here. The text will immediately be added to the image. Note that the text size, colour and the font type are pre-defined.

How do I select a theme? Back to top

In the area marked 'Select Theme' click on the preferred theme. The image will be framed with the selected theme, The frame will be adjusted to accommodate the chosen image, whether it is horizontally or vertically placed.

How do I place an order? Back to top

After you select the image and the preferred theme, press on the buttom marked 'place order', located on the right hand side. The image will appear in the field marked as 'Your Order'. You may repeat the process for further orders.

How do I delete an order? Back to top

In the area marked as 'Your Order', place your mouse over the order image. A red text caption, 'Click to delete order' should appear.' By clicking on the image once, the order will be deleted from the cart. If you have inadvertently deleted an order, you may place it again as explained in the previous instruction.

How about the delivery process? Back to top

You may send the same assortment of prints and merchandise to a different person or address. A detailed Order Summary confirmation page with all costs is shown before you commit to paying for an order

How do I return unsatisfactory or damaged goods? Back to top

If your order arrived damaged, please email our customer service teamat returns@fujicolor.com.au and quote your order number (you will receive this number after a successful transaction at this site)

If you do need to make a return, simply send your order - in the orginal packaging if possible - along with the Order Summary to the following address:
